Have a kid that need a haircut?  Bring them to the JC Penny Salons in August!  For the entire month of August, any kid between Kindergarten and 6th grade will get a free hair cut at any JC Penny salon.  You do need to make an appointment to get one though.  Go here to find a JC Penny with a salon near you.
